Donations and Thank-You Gifts

All transactions made through this store are tax-deductible charitable contributions to Public Media Group of Southern California d.b.a. PBS SoCal, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Tax ID: 95-2211661). Merchandise items are provided as thank-you gifts in recognition of your generous support.

Because all transactions are charitable donations, they are generally non-refundable. If you have received a damaged or defective thank-you gift, please contact us at legal@pbssocal.org within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at legal@pbssocal.org as soon as possible. Refund requests made in error will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

PBS SoCal reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
