Shipping of Thank-You Gifts

Thank-you gifts are shipped to donors within the United States only. Shipping is included with your donation — there is no separate shipping charge.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery of your thank-you gift after your donation has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on item availability and shipping conditions.

PBS SoCal is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your thank-you gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.
